The price of my cart changed on checkout, what happened? What will I be charged?

Our store can only process payments in AUD, so even if you had the display currency (found in the top right) set to your local currency, the total cost when you check out will appear in AUD. You'll still be charged in your local currency and the conversion happens automatically when the payment is processed.

For example, if you have the currency set to USD and find a $10 USD item you want to buy, it's going to appear as $15 AUD at checkout. You will be charged $10 USD, because it's the same as $15 AUD.

We can only process payments in AUD.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We ship with Australia Post and send orders out within 5 - 7 business days.

Orders within Australia typically take one week Standard Shipping, or 1 - 2 business days Express.
Orders outside Australia typically take two to three weeks Standard Shipping, or one to two weeks Express.

I made an error when ordering, can I change it?

If you input the wrong address or ordered the incorrect item, please email batwingtensei@gmail.com or shatteredraspberry@gmail.com as quickly as possible and we'll make a note of the changes. We can only make changes before your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We only accept returns on broken or damaged products. If your order arrives damaged please take a photo with the original packaging as quickly as possible and email it to batwingtensei@gmail.com. From there we'll discuss with you if you'd like to be sent a replacement or receive a refund.

Once your order has shipped we do not accept refunds for change of mind.

Snails like to eat my mail, do you have extra packaging to protect my order from them?

Absolutely! If you have any mail-eating critters just let us know and we can add additional packaging to your order. We may not be able to accommodate every request, but we can package your order in additional bubble wrap and plastic bags if needed.

Can you gift wrap my order?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
